Interesting Facts You Wish to Know About the Game of Thrones Series

This show is an American fantasy play television series produced by David Benioff and D. B. Weiss. It is an adapted version of A Song of Ice and FireGeorge R. R. Martin’s series of vision novels, titled as A Game of Thrones earlier.

Game of Thrones was filmed at Titanic Studios in Belfast and place elsewhere in the United Kingdom, as well as in Malta, Iceland, Spain, Morocco, and the United States.

The first sequence was premiered on HBO in the United States on the 17th of April in 2011, and its sixth season completed on June 26, 2016. The series renews for the seventh season, which is planned to premiere in mid-2017 with a total of seven episodes. Also, the GoT series will end up with its eighth season in 2018.

This world renowned serial series is based on the fictional continents of Essos and Westeros and intertwines several plot lines with an immense ensemble cast.

The first narrative arc follows a dynastic clash among competing claimants for succession to the Seven Kingdoms and Iron Throne, with other gracious families hostility for independence from it; the second covers the attempt to regain the throne by the exiled last scion of the realm’s deposed ruling reign; the third chronicles the rising threat of the imminent winter and the renowned creatures, and ferocious peoples of the North.

The series’ title was produced by production studio Elastic for HBO.

Creative Director Angus Wall and his coworkers received Primetime Emmy Award for Main Title Design in the year 2011. It depicts a 3D map of the series’ imaginary world.

The map is predictable onto the depths of a sphere, which is centrally lightened by a diminutive sun enclosed within an armillary. As the camera shifts across the map and focuses on places in which the episode’s proceedings take place, clockwork mechanisms interweave and allow houses and other buildings to emerge from the map.

Meanwhile, the plot is accompanied by the label music, the names of nearly all the important cast and artistic staff are displayed. The title section concludes after about one and a half minutes. The plot of the title sequence changes as the story progresses gradually; especially after the introduction of new places. They reinstate others that no longer feature is involved.

The main shed was put simultaneously throughout a process of readings and auditions. The only exceptions to this were Sean Bean and Peter Dinklage, whom the writers sought from the start, and they joined the pilot in 2009.
